Every aluminium utensil begins with carefully selected aluminium scrap, which undergoes a stringent melting, refining, and quality inspection process before being transformed into durable cookware. Manufacturing Process

Aluminium Utensils Process Flow Chart

Introduction:

The aluminium circles are used as raw materials for the manufacturing of aluminium utensils. They are processed and converted into various types of utensils using different dyes. Aluminium Vessels are of three types: Aluminium utensils, Anodized utensils and hard anodized utensils.

Step 01

Spinning:-

The circles are given required shape using dyes in a lathe machine, this process is known as spinning.

 

Spinning is a common process for all kinds of utensils. After spinning the products are sent to different divisions’ i.e Aluminium, anodized and hard anodized.

 

In case of Tapes, pressing process is added on. This pressing is of two types:

After spinning, products goes to various divisions.

Step 02

Zero-touch

The product received after spinning is polished using motor machine, this gives the vessel a shining look.

Step 03

Washing

It is a process where the removing / cleaning of grease etc from the utensils take place.

Step 04

Drying

After washing the utensils are dried in hot Sun or in the oven.

Step 05

Quality Control Test

Quality control test is conducted so as to check the product specifications, check if there are any damaged products.

Hammering

This is the final touch up to the aluminium utensils. Small dots or designs are hammered to make the utensils presentable.

Quality Control Test

After hammering, Quality control test is conducted so as to check the product specifications, check if there are any damaged products.

Hard Anodized Division

Step 02

Polishing

The product received after spinning is polished using motor machine, this gives the vessel a shining look.

Step 03

Washing (Cold water Dip)

Vessels are washed and dipped in cold water for 2 hours; this turns the utensils in black colour.

Step 04

Washing (Hot water Dip)

After cold water washing the utensils are dipped in hot water to improve hardness.

Step 05

Drying

After washing, the utensils are dried in hot Sun or in the oven.

Step 06

Buffing/ Polishing

In this stage the products are given a final black polish making it shiny.

Step 07

Quality Control Test

Quality control test is conducted so as to check the product specifications, check if there are any damaged products. Any product rejected during quality control test will again be recycled.

Brand Logo Sticker: -

Products which qualify in Quality control test are then sent to attest brand logo stickers over them and dispatched.

Packing: -

Products are packed after quality assurance.
